Concrete & Cement Works
Part 1
Construct 6 ft total length and full height brick wall to provide additional spaces for refrigerator. Concealed 13 amp power amp with piping tube. Install 8 inch by 10 inch original white mosaic tiles finishing at kitchen area and smooth cement finishing as the original condition at back.
Construct L-Shape brick wall extended from original wall to full height. Avoid direct contact or possible entry from walking corridor. Smooth cement finishing for both sides.
Part 3
Hack wall to install water piping (Input and Output) and concealed with skim coat finishing. Provide direct water access for washing machine from common bathroom.
Part 4
Hack wall to install water piping (Input and Output) for kitchen area and provide mosaic tiles finishing same as original condition. Construct cement slap reinforced with steel bars for cement base kitchen foundation. Provide kitchen top finishing with 2 ft x 4 ft mosaic tiles to obtain similar design as granite at lower cost.
Living Hall – Wiring, Plaster Ceiling, Lighting and Fan
Propose living hall with 4 down lights and concealed lighting from 1 side for brighter effect and a sense of modernity.
Dining Hall – Wiring, Plaster Ceiling, Lighting and Wall Fan
Simple design by providing cornices at sides for wiring to be concealed and maintain maximum height of the residential unit to provide spacious environment.
Kitchen Area – Kitchen Cabinets, Wiring and Lighting
4 ft long wall cabinet with concealed lighting at bottom. Cabinets are constructed using solid plywood (3/8 inch) and high pressure decorative lamination for exterior. Swing doors and drawers are fully covered by aluminium at side and provide concealed handles for better lasting and modern looking. Aluminium frame with PP finishing bi-fold doors constructed to separate wet and dry kicthen while another piece is for common bathroom.
Master Bedroom – Wiring, Plaster Ceiling, Lighting, Air Conditioner Piping and Bi-Fold Door
According to Feng Shui, resting area with a beam on top is not advisable. Therefore, a plain plaster ceiling is installed in the middle with concealed lighting at both sides to enhance the brightness for spacious effect and to provide spaces for curtain and air conditioner. Aluminium frame bi-fold door with PP finishing for lasting effect even at wet condition.
3rd Bedroom – Wiring, Plaster Ceiling, Cement Work, Wall Fan and Customized Wardrobe
Construct a customized wardrobe with solid plywood and high pressure decorative lamination for exterior. Provide spaces at both sides to accomodate additional items due to lack of space (ironing board, ladder, broom etc). Utilize and modify grill from wet kitchen and install in 3rd bedroom to save cost. Hack a space to install exhaust fan and provide smooth finishing.
